What to Expect with Samsung Galaxy S6 – Is It Any Better Than iPhone 6?

Probably, Samsung is months away from launching its next huge smartphone. However, with the rumors surfacing online, many have already knew what they should expect from this upcoming Samsung product called Samsung Galaxy S6.

Business Insider reported that over the past few weeks, a blog known as Sam Mobile has received several tips regarding the phone. Based on the rumors and leaks, the company might release two various versions of the phone, which will be a unit with curved display and a standard edition. The screen of the curved model can be rounded on both sides when compared to the Galaxy Note Edge that features a curved edge.

Galaxy S6 will also probably look different than Galaxy S5. The company will start from scratch to make an exceptional and major flagship phone in terms of design. When it comes to screen, Galaxy S6 is said to be sharper compared to Galaxy S5. S5 features 1080p display while S6 may showcase 2560x1440 resolution.

Galaxy S6 is also said to be equipped with the newest processor from the company of Qualcomm, which is known as Snapdragon 810. This means that it will be faster than S5 and would be perfect for multitasking. Samsung will also improve the camera feature too. S6 is said to showcase either 20MP or 16MP main camera and a 5MP front camera. The storage options may range from 32GB to 128GB.

It is important to take note that these are only rumors or speculations. As of now, the Korean tech giant hasn't spoken about its next flagship. What's best for users to do now is to make an official announcement. However, it is worth noting as Sam Mobile has reported correctly about the products of Samsung before they were officially announced back then. For instance, it reported that Samsung would launch a smartphone that comes with metal edges known as Galaxy A5 before it was released on October. But, the question is, is it any better than iPhone 6? Well, the answer depends once the unit was released and tested by users.
