AC/DC Drummer Arrested: [VIDEOS +PHOTOS] PHIL RUDD Faces Murder-For-Hire And Possession Of Illegal Drug Charges, Rudd On Verge Of Being Oust Again From The Group

AC/DC Drummer Phil Rudd was arrested for cases of threatening to kill and possession of methamphetamine and cannabis. The drummer didn't appear in court before the Tauranga District Court Tuesday on Dec. 2. His lawyers filed a not guilty plea for the drummer.

Apparently, the 60-year-old AC/DC Drummer Phil Rudd was arrested during his late attendance on his first court appearance on Nov. 26. The same date, he came late on his scheduled hearing, and he didn't file a plea on the case being charged upon him.

Phil Rudd is currently out on a bail, and will be facing the next hearing on February 2015. Initially, Rudd was charged of plotting and hiring somebody to kill two men, however it was dropped due to insufficient evidences.

Judge Tom Ingram announced that Rudd's case will be heard at a judge-alone trial next year. If he will be proven guilty for the criminal offense, he will face a maximum sentence of seven years in the prison.

On Nov. 6, AC/DC Drummer, Phil Rudd was arrested again at his home in Tauranga City in New Zealand's North Island on case of trying to procure murder. The drummer is also facing charges of possession of methamphetamine and cannabis.

After AC/DC Drummer Phil Rudd was arrested, his band mates have not yet spoken to him yet. The group claimed that they are facing problem with Rudd before the apparent arrest happened.

Rudd's bandmates at AC/DC said that he didn't show up in the rehearsals and he was not able to finish his recording for the Rock or Bust upcoming album of the AC/DC band.

Angus Young, bandmate of Rudd added that before AC/DC Drummer, Phil Rudd was arrested, he was not able to join in the band's photo shoot and video shoot. AC/DC Bassist Cliff Williams said it is hard to get him to go to the studio, which affected the group's rehearsals many times.

After AC/DC Drummer Phil Rudd was arrested and the drummer is showing the same records of offense, his bandmates AC/DC are contemplating on his return.

AC/DC Drummer Phil Rudd is a member of the New Zealand-based Australian drummer, known as AC/DC from 1975 to 1983. He was removed from the group in 1983 and was rejoined only in 1994.

AC/DC newest album Rock or Bust was released on Monday, after the group rested for five years of no recording.
