World-renowned activist aleXsandro Palombo has released his newest set of artwork and it features the princes of Disney grabbing their crotches, half-naked and holding a condom.
The art series is entitled "Hello Boys" and it is definitely not child-friendly. The artwork was said to be in honor of the International World AIDS Day and it shows the princes such as Aladdin, Prince Eric, Hercules, and a whole lot more.
The princes wore only boxers and their bulges were apparent. The boxers had the AIDS ribbon pattern on them and the princes grabbed their junk with one hand while the other hand was raised while holding condoms. The artwork is said to promote safe sex practices in order to prevent the transmission of one of the deadliest diseases, HIV or AIDS.
Palombo said in a statement, "The teenagers have not experienced the years of the emergency. For a lot of them the AIDS remains something abstract and so they underestimate the risks of contagions."
He added, "There is a lack of education in the families also on this matter. Life is precious and we have to protect it every day. That's what we have to teach to the youngster. And also remind them to always use condoms!"
This is not the first time that the artist has used Disney characters as he created picture of princesses and other female characters such as Marge Simpson and Lois Griffin as part of the #Coward campaign. These females had bruises, cuts and bloods on their faces in order to raise awareness regarding domestic violence against females.
Another is the #Survivor campaign where Disney princesses were used with scars on their chests after undergoing mastectomies. His campaign is to show that women are still beautiful after having a surgery.
Palombo is also responsible for the Simpson-inspired artwork showing the marriage of George Clooney and Amal Alamuddin's wedding.
