PREGNANT MAN DIVORCE Update, Thomas Beatie Indicted For Stalking Ex-Wife

Pregnant Man Divorce- The first pregnant man shocked the world when she announced that she's carrying and she's delivering a baby in 2008. This time, she hits headlines again as pregnant man divorce issue surfaced and now new reports reveal she was charged for stalking her ex-wife.

The pregnant man divorce was sensationalized for the past two years as she battled for getting a divorce in Arizona, the state that bans same sex marriage in 2012. Her sex change was not recognized at first claiming that she is still a woman, and that getting a divorce is not valid.

However, after two years of battling with the pregnant man divorce issue in court, the decision was overturned in August 2014. The Arizona Court of Appeals composing of three-judge panel released the decision that Thomas Beatie's marriage with Nancy in Hawaii is valid and there was no same-sex union.

The decision has given a lot of hope for the pregnant man, who admitted is seeing a new woman named Amber. Way back in 2012, the marital conflict of Beatie and his ex-wife surfaced in public that was followed by the couple's desire to split up and seek for divorce for the succeeding years.

Earlier, the pregnant man divorce appeal was not recognized in court when the Maricopa County Family Court Judge Douglas Gerlach finds the union of Beatie and her ex-wife invalid. The judge claimed that the marriage happened between a person who is capable of delivering a child and a woman, Daily Mail reports.

Another hindrance for the approval of the pregnant man divorce with her ex-wife earlier is that their marriage happened in Hawaii and their union is not considered legal under the Arizona law. Beatie filed his divorce in 2012.

As the pregnant man divorce was acknowledged in court, Thomas Beatie was recently charged for stalking his wife, Nancy Beatie.

 The pregnant man, now 40, was arrested Thursday, Nov. 20, 2014 for case of stalking and was submitted to the Maricopa County Jail and was already released Friday after investigation.

Apparently, a GPS tracking device on his wife's car was detected by the Arizona Department of Public Safety officer while helping her fixing her car. Nancy Beatie claimed that she suspects Thomas Beatie as Thomas has been monitoring her at least 20 times in a month.

Thomas Beatie will be under probation for the felony stalking case filed against him and definitely he will not be joining the Phoenix's Tent City prison, where male prisoners wear pink undies, TMZ reports.

Thomas Beatie, the infamous pregnant man was born a woman and began her sex change prior to her marriage with her estranged wife, Nancy Beatie in 2003.

A transgender, Thomas Beatie kept her female reproductive organ enabling her to become pregnant three times through artificial insemination.

Thomas Beatie, the pregnant man was born in Hawaii who started his transformation in her 20s. She went through double mastectomy and chest reconstruction surgeries. Beatie began testosterone hormone therapy and psychological treatment to become a man.
