"Star Wars 7: The Force Awaken" is expected to release its official trailer before Christmas, reports from The Week revealed. Said news intensifies the excitement of fans who have been religiously following the progress of the film.
There were speculations that the trailer will be out in time with the latest show of "Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part1" or it would probably be featured together with a Disney film. A film blogger guessed that the trailer of course will feature the main characters, although maybe just in a flash or featured at the height of the action and would be only for a minute or less.
No official announcement yet as of this date from neither Star Wars official website nor Disney issued a definite schedule. Unable to hold back their excitement, fans came up with a high-quality and stunning art pieces for the film. Their imaginations are reflected in their posters, featuring the return of the Empire to disrupt the tranquillity of the rebel alliance.

A picture showing an aerial footage of Millennium Falcon with X-wing fighters appeared similar to Greenham Common set. Another one is about Darth Vader's helmet held by a cyborg, which could be a reincarnation of Luke Skywalker.
At first, skeptics doubted the authenticity of the images; however, different sources somehow confirmed that said art could be legitimate.
