WAYNE STATIC DEAD: WAS IT A DRUG OVERDOSE OR A PEACEFUL DEATH? FAMILY AND COLLEAGUES’ REPORTS CONTRADICT

Wayne Static dead. What could have caused the abrupt death of singer/guitarist and former frontman of the Static-X band? According to close pals of the rocker and initial news reports, the rocker passed on from a drug overdose. However, a statement released by the family of the rocker reveals that the rocker died in his sleep of a non drug related cause. Who is telling the truth?

The metal n rock world is reeling in shock after the news broke: Wayne Static dead. Tehmetal world will remember Static as the lead singer of the band Static-X which achieved wide success in the meatl nrock world. Their album "Wisconsin Death Trip" went platinum. He also released a solo album in 2011 titled "Pighammer."

Wayne Static was reported to have used multiple chemical drugs back in his hey days, explaining why initial reports suspected his death occurred from an overdose. However, official reports state that Wayne decided to kick hard drugs permanently off the menu in 2009. It is even reported that his solo album 'Pighammer' was dedicated to help fellow addicts in their recovery from the rug usage.

The family declared Wayne Static dead on Saturday at the age of 48. The former lead singer was scheduled to begin a nationwide tour on Monday that would run for a whole month. He had also planned to play I Russia and England next year.

Wayne Static was a native of Muskegon, Michigan. He lived in California. He is survived by his wife, former adult film actress Tera Wray.

According to the official report from the rocker's family, on November 1, 2014, "Today is a sad day in the music industry - Front-man and founding member WAYNE STATIC of STATIC-X passed away quietly in his sleep at his home last night." The whole music industry is still coming to terms with the news that Wayne Static is dead.
