Olivia Munn and Aaron Rodgers proves stronger bond through a "special ring" given by the Green Bay packer quarterback.
The "Newsroom" actress, 34, proudly showed off in a recent profile by The New York Post, her new bling, a ring which is a gift from boyfriend, Aaron Rodgers, 30.
The actress usually likes to keep her relationships private but could not contain herself any longer in her romance with the hunky quarterback.
Munn clarified that having the ring does not mean the two are already engaged. "It's not that kind of ring, by the way. It's not the special ring. I mean, it's a very special ring, but it is not the special ring," she said.
Munn and Rodgers met at the Academy of Country Music Awards in April and was reportedly been dating since then. The "special" ring is vintage-yellow gold which features a large oval emerald.
In an interview with ESPN Wisconsin, Rodgers opened up about his budding relationship with Munn. The athlete is aware that he is dating a high-profile celebrity and understands what comes with it.
A photo of him and Munn kissing recently circulated the internet and when asked whether he's bothered by it, "No. For one, I'm real happy in my relationship. . . And two, the last couple years I've learned a lot about perspective and what's important. And, that you cannot, when you've had success individually and collectively as a team and you are highlighted for the things you've done on the field and off the field, you cannot hide from the spotlight."
Rodgers added that he is still adjusting to the attention and spotlight and it is an ongoing "process" for him.
Fans of Munn have a lot to expect with the actress as she is set to appear with Johnny Depp in "Mortdecai" with co-starts Gwyneth Paltrow and Ewan McGregor in February. She's also filming with Kevin Hart and Ice Cube for "Ride Along 2" due next year.
