Get ready to zhuzh up your grill with Momofuku's new Korean BBQ sauces! Celebrity Chef David Chang's food brand offers new, bold, flavored condiments that will make your grilling game a grand-slam this summer.
If you're a fan of bold, punchy flavors, you'll want to check out Momofuku's new Korean BBQ sauces. Preparedfoods.com reports that the culinary brand from celebrity chef David Chang is dropping its first new product line since 2021 this May!
The collection includes two squeezy bottle varieties that are versatile enough for marinating, dipping, drizzling, or drenching. The Sweet & Savory Korean BBQ Sauce blends black pepper, ginger, and soy for a deeply savory balance of flavor. In contrast, the Sweet & Spicy Korean BBQ Sauce brings the heat with a gentle kick of smoky gochujang balanced by sweeter notes. Both sauces have a thick, BBQ sauce-like consistency that makes them extra sticky for when you're glazing your chops and chicken drumsticks for the grill. Use them to BBQ or amp up stir-fries, dip your dumplings. or marinate your meats and veggies.
The new Momofuku Korean BBQ sauces will be available starting May on the brand's website for $13 each. Then they're hitting Whole Foods nationwide in June at $9.99 per bottle, with other major retailers to follow.
