I remember the first time our mom threw some Ragu, Polly-O Mozzarella, and pepperoni onto some Lender's Bagel when we were growing up in Brooklyn and it blew our little minds. The folks at Pizza Hut must have had a similar experience because they've launched the Pizza Hut Big New Yorker Pizza Bagel. Pizza Hut and Yeastie Boys Bagels (love that name) have partnered to bring this childhood snack back, and if you act now you may be able to score one free in NYC or LA at the Yeastie Boys x Pizza Hut food truck!

After fans lost their minds when Hardee's eclipsed their Philly Cheesesteak Angus Burger, the chain decided to give the people what they wanted. They have reintroduced the sandwich to their menu, and cheesesteak lovers are rejoicing. If you ain't familiar with it, the Hardee's cheesesteak is a little different than one you'd get down on South Street in Philadelphia. It's still awesome sliced steak, cheese, onions, and peppers but it comes on a bun, not a grinder roll. I know, you're yelling, "Sacrilege! But give it a shot before you snob out. Hardee's will make it easy for you. For a limited time, their Rewards Members can receive $2 off any size Philly Cheesesteak combo with an in-app offer. Give it a try before paying for a flight to Pat's in PA.

There have been a lot of menu relaunches recently, which we heart since it means restaurants are actually listening to what we want. What a novel idea! In more relaunch news, Panda Express has brought back their awesome Firecracker Shrimp. This shrimp and vegetable dish is prepared with spicy Sichuan seasonings and is back on the menu, but there's a catch. It's only back until June or "while supplies last." If we have anything to do with it, supplies won't last long so we recommend you all get on this one before we bum rush the food court.

Smoothie King is launching their new Eclipse Berry Blitz smoothie in honor of the solar eclipse coming in early April. The drink includes apples, bananas, wild blueberries, blueberry juice, white grape, and lemon juice. It also includes their signature protein blend and blue spirulina. What does any of this have to do with an eclipse? We have no clue but it does come with some eclipse-safe specs to watch the event. This tasty solar smoothie is only available until the day of the cosmic occurrence on April 8th.

Another trend we are seeing in 2024 is people flipping the idea of a scoop of ice cream with some cake on its head. Ice cream sellers have gone cake-happy and are adding all kinds of cake to ice cream. A recent addition to the pack is Dairy Queen who launched the Confetti Cake Dipped Cone. In this case, the dessert adds a cake-flavored coating (you may know this as a dip) instead of actual cake chunks, which might be a little hard to do through a soft serve machine. It adds sugary crunchiness to the cone but also hard coatings are a great hack for the summer that will keep your ice cream from melting all over your paws too quickly, which is awesome because no one likes sticky fingers
