According to PR News Wire, Chef Edouardo Jordan reveals that the menu reflects his roots, stories, and history. He states that the inspiration came from the Southern culture and cuisines of the African diaspora.
He further elaborates that the collaboration with Blue Apron's culinary team is a way to encourage home cooks to have fun in the kitchen and celebrate over a great meal.
Chef Jordan's recipes will be available by November 23, starting with a Thanksgiving menu and followed by additional recipes for the next three consecutive weeks.

Home cooks can order the Thanksgiving feast through Blue Apron's website and mobile app, serving between six to eight people. The options include the following:
The Thanksgiving Meal Kit costs $135 and includes easy-to-follow recipes of the menu offerings. Customers can opt for a full Thanksgiving feast for their menu or add Thanksgiving dishes to the Signature Menu, with options including a holiday pork roast, dessert, or side dishes.
As part of the Two-Serving and Four-Serving Signature menus, the other Jordan recipes will be available following Thanksgiving.
This includes the Dukkah-Spiced Steaks & Freekeh with Brussels Sprouts, Figs & Marinated Radish, made available on the week of November 30.
They also have Roasted Peanut Chicken with Cilantro-Dressed Pasta & Garlicky Green Beans, up for grabs by the week of December 7 while Crispy Skin Salmon with Risotto-Style Farro & Mushrooms will be ready on the week of December 14.
