Tracy Morgan could not be any more upset and WalMart could not be any more of a big bully. The retailer has thrown a spanner into the works in the Tracy Morgan negligence case against them by now blaming Tracy Morgan and his friends for the accident that they (Walmart) caused! Tracy Morgan could not believe what was said by the retailer.

Tracy Morgan was involved in a road accident between the limousine he and his friends were travelling in and a Walmart truck. Reports allege that the truck rammed into the limousine, instantly killing a friend of Tracy and leaving the others with serious injuries. Tracy Morgan himself was hospitalized. He has been undergoing treatment on a daily basis. He received injuries on his femur, his ribs, he suffered a broken nose and sustained multiple brain injuries.

On questioning whether the star would be able to perform again, the doctors replied they were uncertain. However, they did not think Tracy would go back to being 100% again.

"He's a fighter, but we don't know if he's going to be the old Tracy again," Morelli, Tracy's lawyer, said about Morgan. On whether he will be able to perform again, Morelli replied, "The jury's still out. The doctors don't know the answer. I don't know the answer."

WalMart, through their lawyers, accused Tracy Morgan of failing to take preventive measures to avoid the injuries sustained. The company's lawyers on Monday in filing claimed that the accident was caused "in whole or in part, by plaintiffs' failure to properly wear an appropriate available seat belt restraint device."

They continued to state that Tracy and the other members of his entourage acted "unreasonably" and in "disregard of their own best interests."

Tracy Morgan fired back at them, in turn claiming, through a statement that he and his friends had done no wrong in the accident. He stated that WalMart was evading liability for the accident; he was the victim. He thanked his fans for supporting him an assured them that he was doping all he could to get back on his feet again.
