Monica Lewinsky Blue Dress Lands her $250,000 and a job

Monica Lewinsky's infamous blue dress, the one that nearly cost former President Bill Clinton his job, could just give the ex-presidential intern a job. This is after a Las Vegas museum offered big money and a job offer for the dress.

Las Vegas Erotic Heritage Museum is prepared to offer big money for the world known blue dress. How much money are we talking? A ridiculous $250,000 for the memoir. And that's not all, the museum is throwing in a job offer with the money. Why would anyone spend that much money for a blue dress? Jeez!

Museum owner Dr. Harry V. Mohney wrote to Monica Lewinsky, stating that he was giving her a job managing and curating the Erotic Heritage Museum, starting at once for $100,000 per year. She would also be receiving monthly benefits and housing increases as the cost of living increases. The contract would run for ten years. The museum owner also offered her $250,000 for the dress.

Mohney went ahead to convince Monika by averring to her communication skills. "You could use your skills in communication and business to use in a positive way."

The museum is currently closed but will be opened in June 7, hopefully with the dress that the former President couldn't keep his eyes and hands - and other things - off. The offer comes just three weeks after Monica Lewinsky's Vanity Fair Essay in which she reported that she couldn't wait to burn and dispose of the dress. She stated that she couldn't wait to "burn the beret and bury the blue dress." Why did she keep it all this time then?

In the magazine essay, the former intern described how hard it had been for her to get a job after her affair with the President went public. Employers often cited her "history" as the reason why she wasn't a good fit or the right brand ambassador for their company
