How President Obama Runs The Country And Still Maintains Low Blood Pressure Levels

President Barack Obama has an important job of running the country. Amid his very busy schedule, however, he still manages to keep his blood pressure down. How does he do it?

Seven years of being the commander in chief, Barrack Obama could have shown noticeable wrinkles and continual stress but the poor health condition is unlikely true when you've read Obama's checkup result declared by the White House official.

The White House physician, Dr. Ronny L. Jackson stated that 54-year-old Obama's health is surprisingly normal. Details include low resting heart rate (56 bpm.), low cholesterol level and weighs only 175 pounds - which can be concluded that he's much healthier than the average Americans in their 50s.

Updating the public with the medical exam result on March 8, Jackson, gives a note at the bottom of the test, informing, "The President's overall health remains excellent and is improved from his last form assessment."

Cornell McClellan, Obama's personal trainer, explained that fitness regimen had nothing to do with your job. Obama, according to McClellan, only has short times for exercise but he does make time for that.

Before the Obamas entered the White House, health has always been a priority for them. McClellan recalled how Michelle Obama and husband would come to his gym in Chicago. Even the busiest man in the world can still integrate fitness into the busy schedule simply because of what McClellan said as a 'mental thing'.

Obama's healthy diet includes healthy eating and tobacco-free with moderate alcohol consumption. The fitness enthusiast includes daily exercise as part of the regime, ranging from resistance weight training to aerobic fitness - mixing high-intensity workouts like cardio, plyometric and some weights, too.

For a man who is in charge of protecting the states and constantly facing threats for the duration of his presidency? A normal heart-exam result and a six-pack are surely a thing.
