Your 5 Best Pasta Place in the US

Italian cuisine has become part of American fine dining experience.  Italian restaurants have entered the U.S. with their authentic signature pastas, regional and local Italian recipes and exquisite ambience. We always stumble upon Italian restaurants but do they have the best pasta in town?

Here Are Your 5 Best Pasta Place in the US:

 1.  Bamonte's

Zagat, the best restaurant reviews site rated Bamonte as an Italian restaurant where "Red sauce is king" at this "long-established" (since 1900) Williamsburg Italian, which remains "the ultimate old-school Brooklyn" joint for "belly-bustin'" standards "like grandma made"; it's "not fancy", but the "tuxedoed waiters" and assorted "characters" (e.g. "wise guys") are "wildly entertaining."

2.  Vetri Ristorante

Vetri has the longstanding reputation as being one of the most respected and influential Italian restaurants in the country.  The must-taste pasta is the longtime Vetri signature dishes such as Spinach Gnocchi with Brown Butter; Sweet Onion Crepe with White Truffle, and Capretto with Freshly Stone-Milled Polenta.

3.  Frasca Food and Wine
Frasca is the creation of Master Sommelier Bobby Stuckey and Colorado Chef Lachlan Mackinnon-Patterson. Their shared passion for Friulano cuisine and fine wine is reflected in the exquisitely prepared fare and a comprehensive wine list boasting over 200 varieties.
You can try Frasca's pasta like "Tortelloni" made from Celery Root, Preserved Citrus and Apple Vinegar,  "Strascinati" made from Gulf Prawn, Castelvetrano Olive, Winter Citrus and Espelette, "Tagliatelle" made from Ragù Bolognese and "Gnocchi" made from Rye Flour, Quail Ragú and Cauliflower.
 4.  Acquerello

According to a Gayot restaurant review, guests may choose a prix-fixe menu or splurge (wisely) on the seasonal tasting menu. If available, begin with the cauliflower budino, custard-like and subtly infused with caramelized and crisp brassicas, then move on to cuttlefish that's been butterflied, prepared sous vide and later frozen so it can harden into "tagliatelle" outfitted with capers, chili flakes and lobster.

Another Acquerello signature dish is the ridged pasta with foie gras and Marsala sauce. Grimaud Farms duck breast with huckleberry, heirloom carrot, sunflower seed and pink peppercorn thrills with its balance of savory and sweet. For dessert, you may encounter almond milk panna cotta with coconut, pistachio, Guanaja and Marcona almonds.

 5. Osteria Morini

You can try the classic Bolognese pasta as this is a Bolognese tavern. Handmade pastas-frail ricotta gnocchi in light tomato cream, fat tortelli bundles oozing an absurdly rich mix of braised meats-are fantastic across the board. Heart-stopping meats, meanwhile, include porchetta with crisp, crackling skin and potatoes bathed in pan drippings. With so much butter and cream, you might skip dessert, but don't miss cocktails like a classic aperitivi and the pomegranate-limeagrumi.

Enjoy your Italian pasta and wine!
