The star of Rob Lowe on the Hollywood Walk of Fame in the category of Television was dedicated in front of the Musso & Frank Grill (restaurant located on Hollywood Boulevard), where the 51 year old actor, talked humorously that he "drank many martinis in a previous career."
The Hollywood Walk of Fame ceremony, was also attended by Rob Lowe's longtime friend - the American actress, singer, and food writer, Gwyneth Paltrow. And Rob Lowe, a cast of the American television sitcom Parks and Recreation, remembered how at the young age of 13, he wrote a letter to the late American film and television producer - Aaron Spelling, asking for a job.
Rob Lowe stated, "Aaron Spelling wrote back to me, personally, and Aaron Spelling said, 'Hey kid, you can't really come to the studio without your parents' permission, number one, and number two, I think one day you might actually have my job.'"
Lowe added, "Well, Mr. Spelling, I never did get your job, but today, I'm right next to you on the Hollywood Walk of Fame."
His star is the 2,567th on the renowned Hollywood Boulevard as stated by the Hollywood Chamber of Commerce.
On the other hand, on Saturday, Rob Lowe's friend Gwyneth Paltrow, was robbed at her New York City Goop pop-up store. New York Police Department stated that, three men entered Gwyneth's store located in Columbus Circle and forcibly opened a cabinet full of merchandise. Though the robbers were seen by the staff, who called 911, the burglars escaped from Gwyneth Paltrow's store before the police arrived.
However, no arrests have been made and an investigation is still going on.
