One Direction shows their emotional side during their last concert in the United States before going on to their well deserved break.

During the iHeartRadio Jingle Ball which was held last Friday night, the members of the biggest boy band in the world today weren't able to contain their emotions as they get closer to their extended break. Fans of the group only have a few months left to see their idols perform on stage before the 'hiatus' begins in which Harry Styles, Liam Payne, Niall Horan and Louis Tomlinson will not be doing any projects but will only spend time with their family and friends.

During their performance at the Staples Center in Los Angeles, Liam took the opportunity to express his feelings.

"To be honest with you, this show is kind of an important one for us," the singer revealed.

The 22-year-old English singer stated that the performance is very important to the four them since they will be doing it again for a period of time.

"I feel myself getting a little emotional," added Liam.

Though many fans were saddened to know about the extended which will probably take for one to two years, One Direction assured their supporters that they will be coming coming back and they will see each other soon. The famous group has been very thankful to their fans who supported them since the X-Factor UK.

Earlier, the four boys slammed the rumors that they are separating and stated how their schedule has been very hectic for the past five years which only proves how they badly need the break.

During their 30-minute performance in LA, One Direction sang their hit songs 'What Makes You Beautiful' including their new songs 'Perfect' and 'Drag Me Down' which are all included in their new album Made In The A.M.
