Get Ready for 'Criminal Minds' Spinoff 'Beyond Borders' [Premiere Date, Plot, Spoilers!]

CBS is proud to announce the spinoff of their successful crime series 'Criminal Minds' that will air on March 2, 2016. This new show is called 'Beyond Borders' and its plot was sort of given out from Criminal Minds' last season episode with the spinoff's title attached to it.

The Inquisitr published a news article containing its storyline and the cast being united in dealing with new cases to solve. Most of the cast who are part of the original series will remain as well. This is a plan that the network has had for a while now and it is just recently that they finally announced its official release.

Based on an article released by TVLine, the premiere night was scheduled right after the season finale of 'Code Black' which just wrapped up its first season.

The cast of 'Beyond Borders' will involve Daniel Henney and Tyler James Williams as part of a new team. Gary Sinise would still be on it but Anna Gunn who was also part of the original series, is not.

Talking about the plot, the spinoff will start with a setting that involves this new team working for a new department of the FBI that helps US citizens in tough situations while they are out of the country. With Gunn being out of the it might be difficult for some viewers to get used to it, but the network has replaced her with a new one who can pull off the job.

Speaking of someone who is more than capable of the role is Alana de la Garza. Deadline reported that she will be a part of the International Response Team and it is perfect since she used to study and has experience working in the field of cultural anthropology.

Don't forget the new show 'Beyond Broders' on CBS, March 2, Wednesday.
