Iggy Azalea fired back to Erykah Badu following the On & On singer's public insult to the rapper by questioning her rapping career.
After a short hiatus on social media, Iggy Azalea finally returned to call out those people questioning her talent.
"Hi guys i know its been a while," the Fancy hit maker wrote on Tuesday. "We are days from 2016, but i came online today and saw its still cool to try and discredit my 2014 accomplishments. LOL, f-king hell. Seems exhausting. Anyway - Ive been enjoying the holiday season and i hope you all have too."
After Iggy's initial tweet, the 25 year old musician updated her fans on her latest music. The Aussie rapper revealed that she is about to finish her latest tracks which need just a few more finishing touches, but she is not yet certain on its release date. She also said that she is currently in America, working with Def Jam's team, despite being signed with the UK.
She admitted that "things are complicated" for her right now. The music artist is trying to figure things out to work "smoother and better," but insisted she is definitely ready with her music.
Azalea also shared some sad news, revealing that one of her horses, Defender, might have Lyme disease. She revealed "its already been 3 months without riding him" and they might send the horse back to the east coast.
At the end of her message, she told her fans that she will keep them updated about her life, "but if not... see you next year! enjoy the rest of 2015. Xoxo," Iggy concluded.
The twitter rant came after Erykah Badu joked about Iggy's rapping at the 2015 Soul Train Awards on Sunday while hosting the prestigious event. The 44 year old music artist claimed that what Azalea has been doing is "definitely not rap."
