Ashley Tisdale is now twenty-nine years old. And there are different sources, some saying that she actually has five tattoos, but the last news about them was from her in an interview for Maniac Magazine from the 14th of May of last year. She might have more by now, but if she does, she hides them very well.
What called the attention to many people was seeing her with multiple tattoos in her arms in Young and Hungry, as it was a very different image from the one in High School Musical. She actually took the inspiration for the tattoos in the series from Christopher French, her now husband, who has multiple tattoos in his arms too and according to Ashley "He has sleeves of tattoos and I just felt like him for the placement. So I said, 'I like how he has this one placed here' and kind of took my placements from him, so that was cool."
But let's get into the important, her actual tattoos.
One of Ashley Tisdale's tattoos says Believe and has two stars included next to the word, they are in the medium upper part of her back. According to the Interview she had with Allure, it's because her mom always told her to believe. A note from Steal Her Style noted that she has it since 2009.
The second tattoo is a set of wings and the word Fearless inside the wings, in her right wrist. The meaning hasn't been revealed but it is a lovely idea.
The third tattoo is another set of words that reads jamais seule in the upper part of her foot, which can be seen every time she puts any set of heels so it almost looks like strategically designed. This one was made in 2011 when she went with Vanessa Hudgens.
The forth tattoo and last one is written as well and in another language. It is written in Sanskrit and it says Everything happens for a reason. That is an undeniable truth.
Ashley Tisdale's tattoos certainly have charm and are quite elegant. They do say that they are always done in uneven numbers, so who knows when a fifth one might appear.
