Jenelle Evans' ex-husband, Courtland Rogers, was arrested and jailed again on Friday, November 20 in Burnswick County, North Carolina.
The 29-year-old was arrested around 11 a.m. and charged with failure to appear on a misdemeanor, possession of heroin and two counts of probation violation, StarNews Online reported on Friday, November 20.
In addition, Rogers has also been charged with being a habitual felon.
Courtland is mostly known for his charges in 2013 and he already had an extensive criminal history. He and Evans were arrested together in April 2013 for heroin possession, drug paraphernalia, and assault. In 2014, Radar revealed a video of Rogers injecting himself with a hit of smack.
Courtland Rogers was indicted by a grand jury in September on the heroin charge which was filed in June, according to court records, the site continued, adding, "N.C. Department of Correction records show Rogers has a lengthy criminal history, having last served time in 2014 for an assault on Evans."
On December 2012, Jenelle married Courtland Rogers. During the engagement, Jenelle discovered she was pregnant after missing a few of her birth control pills. It was announced on January 2013 that the couple had split up and Jenelle suffered a miscarriage.
It was revealed in the show's fifth season of "Teen Mom" that Jenelle had the pregnancy discontinued. She then separated from Courtland in 2014.
During the fifth and sixth season, Jenelle got together with her current fiance, Nathan Griffith. In December 2013, she announced she was pregnant with a baby boy.
Jenelle gave birth to Kaiser 'Kai' Orion Griffith on June 30 2014, but her relationship with Nathan didn't last long.
Evans was arrested in August for assaulting the girlfriend of her baby daddy. This is at least the 15th time Jenelle has been arrested, most being on drug related charges.
Jenelle has then moved on to her new boyfriend, David Eason.
