Morena Baccarin Should Give Estranged Husband Austin Chick $275,000 A Year, Court Ordered

Morena Baccarin has been ordered to give her ex-husband Austin Chick $23,000 a month.

TMZ reports, Chick should receive $2,693 for child's support and $20,249 for spousal support. So, annually the brunette lady will hand $275,000 to her estranged husband. The ex-couple's divorce is not finalized.

The ex-couple was happy to co-parent their son in New York until Chick discovered about Baccarin's new boyfriend.

When Ben McKenzie, Baccarin's new boyfriend, showed off in between of the ex-couple relationship Chick has change his mind of living in NYC just like what they have agreed before, according to court papers acquired by People.

Baccarin and Chick were married for about four years until divorce was filed by Chick in June.

Baccarin also admits that she is now five months pregnant with McKenzie's baby.

Now, the peaceful arrangements before have been a custody battle over their child, in which she won. She was allowed to keep the little boy with her in New York while filming Batman prequel drama series.

During the court ruling, it was stated that Chick have given permission to visit their son once month for only eight days and he could also bring him back to LA for every two months for an eight day visit.

But based on the latest legal documents, Chick -director, screenwriter and producer but presently unemployed- have agreement with ex-wife to live in a separate apartment in New York paid by Baccarin for them to co-parent their one and only child.

He 'shipped some furniture there and actually stayed there with the child for approximately two weeks in July. Apparently he changed his mind and returned to Los Angeles with the child when he learned that [Baccarin] had a new boyfriend', the paper reported.

The court also taken into consideration that based on Baccarin's OBYGYN, her pregnancy is in high risk that she couldn't has extensive air travel - one more basis for her to stay with her child in New York as an alternative for flying back and forth from LA.
