'Teen Mom 2' star Jenelle Evans has been busy lately showing off her incredible 11 month weight loss. Recently, she also had a Caribbean vacation with her new beau David Eason. But while she's enjoying her new found confidence with her new hubby, police and Child Protective Services were reportedly at her home checking her son after her former fiancé, Nathan Griffith called the authorities.
According to Radar Online, Griffith freaked out after he found out that Evans left the country and didn't bring along their one year old child, Kaiser. He reportedly called both police and CPS to report that he wasn't informed that she will leave the country without their son.
Authorities then responded to Nathan's call and checked Kaiser, who was with Jenelle's friend, Tori Rhyne. Tori reportedly told CPS and the cops that Griffith doesn't have custody of the child. After the investigation, according to the source, CPS called Evans and she's told they will talk to her when she gets back from her trip, "but that everything looked okay and everything was fine," the source added.
This is not the first time Evans had an encounter with the law. In August, she was arrested for allegedly attacking her ex- fiancé's new girlfriend and back in May she was also accused of assaulting Nathan.
It was in July, when Evans and Griffith called off their engagement after months of fighting. It was then the reality star opened up to PEOPLE about the split and her struggle with addiction, including her partying.
"My life has changed so much since I stopped doing drugs - my whole attitude has changed," Evans revealed to the media outlet. "I'm more active in my children's lives, and I want to be at every milestone and special event they have. Being there for them is more important to me than going partying or doing drugs."
