Khloe Kardashian shares more of her fitness formulas which helped her achieve and maintain her present slim figure. The 'Keeping Up With the Kardashians' star, who had a 35-pound weight loss, reveals her secrets in her new book which is now available.
The 31-year-old star recently released her book entitled 'Strong Looks Better Naked' wherein she shares her eating and fitness routines. The TV personality who was once referred as the fat member of the Kardashian clan admits that she always ate unhealthy food before deciding to get fit.
"When Lamar and I were still together and we were both in Los Angeles, I never missed any of his basketball games. There are eighty-two games in a regular season, not to mention the play-offs, and at least half of those were at home, and during that first year you'd find me at every single one, eating nachos," Kardashian recalls.
Khloe Kardashian admits that she is a mindless eater and usually satisfies herself with food. When she's bored she would eat anything she likes and this became her habit for a long time.
"And I didn't give much thought to what I was eating, or what I was putting inside my body, except hummus, of course, which is one of my weaknesses," Khloe writes.
When the reality star started working out, she became aware of the food she's putting inside her body. Khloe Kardashian states that she became mindful about eating when she started exercising earnestly.
The 'Kocktails with Khloe' star realized the importance of having a healthy lifestyle and diet.
"This is the only body I have. Why am I treating it so badly? And what am I going to do about it?" she told herself.
In her book, the Hollywood personality shares her normal daily schedule which stars at 5am.
Khloe Kardashian does not believe in diet. She even advices her readers not do so. According to the star, everyone should just enjoy the food they love and make smart lifestyle changes.
