Wendy Williams Breaks Down Over Relationship with Son, 'My Son Doesn't Like Me Anymore' (VIDEO)

Wendy Williams got emotional on the set of her daytime talk show after revealing she no longer had a close relationship with her 13-year-old son, Kevin Jr.

According to Us Weekly, the 49-year-old talk show host of "The Wendy Williams show" burst into tears on Monday while discussing Madonna's recent N-word scandal involving her son, Rocco.

"First of all, I want you to know, Rocco is 13 years old and Rocco is a real fan of his mother. What I discovered this weekend is that my son doesn't like me anymore," Williams said of Kevin Jr.

Reaching for a tissue, the TV personality continued while trying to fighting back tears, "You know how it is. I don't have my period!"

"I discovered this a while ago, but the ball just got smacked home this weekend," Williams shared. "He's all into his father-you know how 13-year-olds are. I was the same way when I was 13, but it is breaking my heart. He says things to me like, 'Why are you so pissed?'... Like I'm the one with the problem."

Williams then acknowledged that her son was going through a phase and is happy that her son has his father Williams' husband, Kevin Sr. have such a strong bond, but admitted to being jealous of their relationship.

"I can't understand men who disappear from their kids' lives. Thank God he has his buddy and father," she said. "They talk sneakers, they go for haircuts, they speed off in the cars and I'm just left there feeling like, 'Why you so [mad]? I'm not [mad], I'm a mom!"

The New Yorker noted she was envious of the relationship Madonna has with her son.

"He's the one that's 13, and I get it, and I know that this phase only lasts four years or something like that, but it is breaking my heart. He he doesn't care about Wendy on TV-he doesn't care about any of that. She's lucky that he likes her."

Madonna issued a statement to Us Weekly apologizing for using the N-word in an Instagram photo she shared of her son.

"There's no way to defend the use of the word." the "Material Girl" said. "It was used as a term of endearment toward my son who is white. I appreciate that it's a provocative word and I apologize if it gave people the wrong impression. Forgive me."
