'Batman: Arkham Knight' Update: Warner Bros Offers Full Refund To Unsatisfied Gamers

Warner Bros has announced that they will be offering refunds to all Batman: Arkham Knight PC owners.

The game publisher of the recently released video game stated that they will offer "money back" policy for those players who were not satisfied by the said PC game. On the game's Steam page, the game developer expressed its heartfelt apologies to all users who were troubled and unsatisfied by the game.

"We are very sorry that many of our customers continue to be unhappy with the PC version of Batman: Arkham Knight. We worked hard to get the game to live up to the standard you deserve but understand that many of you are still experiencing issues," wrote by Warner Bros.

The game publisher also added that full refund will be offered until the end of 2015 despite how long the user played their product. For those players who want to hold onto the game, Warner Bros commits that they will continue to address the fixable issues and talk to the users the unfixable ones.

As a notice, Warner Bros posted that their certain update to Steam which deals with the refund process is also experiencing some trouble asking some players to be more patient as they are fixing the issue.

'Batman: Arkham Knight' was just released last week after their sales were suspended last June due to the gameplay's poor quality. A new update was released just last week but still, it was not able to cater the major problems in the game which include its low performance and quality.

The said Batman videogame was originally launched last June specifically for PC and then to PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. Last October 28, the game officially returned with some package of free games hoping that it will offer amends to the previous unsatisfied costumers.

According to some reports, some players were abusing the refund policy by completing the game with no issues and then requesting for refund.
