‘Justin Bieber’ News: 'What Do You Mean?' Singer To Be Given ‘Hall Of Fame Award’ At ‘2015 Halo Awards’

Justin Bieber is set to be presented with the first-ever Nickelodeon HALO Hall of Fame Award, which recognizes a celebrity who makes the world a better place through helping and leading others, at Pier 36 in New York City.

Variety informed that the Canadian pop icon is receiving the award for his work with "Pencils of Promise" and "Make-A-Wish." "There's no better way to begin the holiday season than by celebrating the amazing work of these four teens and our first HALO Hall of Fame recipient Justin Bieber at the Nickelodeon HALO Awards," host Nick Cannon said in a press release. "Justin's commitment to granting wishes for kids is unparalleled, and his ability to inspire and lead others through his positive actions is at the core of what HALO is all about."

HollywoodLife.com informed that the show will be aired on Nov. 29 on Nickelodeon, CMT, TVLand, and more at 8 PM. Too, it will feature a ton of great performances.

Joe Jonas' DNCE  band will perform "Cake by the Ocean;" Fifth Harmony will sing "Worth It;"  Tori Kelly will perform "Should've Been Us;"Flo Rida will do a medley of his hits as well as his newest song, "My House; and Walk the Moon will take the stage with "Shut Up and Dance" and "Different Colors. Moreover, the stars from shows "Bella and the Bulldogs," "Instant Mom," "100 Things to Do Before High School," "Every Witch Way" and "Make It Pop" will also make appearances.

Furthermore, the show will also honor four teens who are "Helping and Leading Others" (HALO) in their communities. "The four young honorees are 16-year-old Ethan Cruikshank from Mechanicsville, Va; 15-year-old Riley Gantt from Sherman Oaks, Calif.; 14-year-old Joshua Williams from Miami Beach, Fla; and 18-year-old Ruchita Zaparde from Plainsboro, N.J.," Variety reported.

Meanwhile, Justin previously dominated the winners list at MTV's 2015 Europe Music Awards. To recall, he had the unsure honor of being the victim/honoree at Comedy Central's regular roast event.
