Ariana Grande's signature style of a tall-and-tight ponytails and cat-eye Ariana Grande makeup have turned the world over ever since she exploded as the next big name in pop princesses months back, and now she's teaming up with one of the world's leading brands in cosmetics to make a stand.
After letting go of Miley Cyrus as a sponsor for their Viva Glam line, MAC Cosmetics has hired the "Problem" singer to be the face of the brand, making Ariana Grande's makeup style go viral - and it's all for a good cause!
According to Pop Sugar, the brand announced the new sponsorship through their Periscope account, and Ariana Grande's makeup choice was daring to say the least, as the star went for dark-plum lipstick "to represent the bad girl in you," in her own words, and sugary pale-pink gloss to play up both sides.
"These are my colors," explained the star on Ariana Grande's makeup choice for her new job. "We have a dark plum lipstick to represent the bad girl in you, and a light pink lip gloss to represent the good girl in you because I think you should be able to play up both sides."
USA Today reports that this new line themed as Ariana Grande's makeup is "guilt-free shopping" by the superstar's account, as 100 percent of the profits for it will go to the MAC Aids Fund, an organization founded in 1994 that supports organizations directed at HIV-AIDS patients in an attempt to shorten the link between poverty and this virus.
So far, MAC Cosmetics has raised more than $380 million for the cause through its Viva Glam campaigns, which according to People Magazine have included Rihanna and Fergie besides Cyrus.
The Ariana Grande makeup line will be available starting on January 2016, so don't spend it all on Christmas shopping!
