Kendall And Kylie Jenner Sued Over PacSun Clothing Line

Kim Kardashian's younger sisters, Kendall and Kylie Jenner are facing a lawsuit over a copyright infringement from a Florida retailer store.

Kendall and Kylie Jenner, bosses of PacSun are facing a lawsuit after Florida-based lifestyle firm Island Company sued them for allegedly stealing one of the company's trademarked logo and used it on their clothing line.

According to the Island Company the reality stars and their company committed a violation of copyright with a T-shirt from their most recent summer line with a phrase that reads "Run away. Fall in love. Never return."

The company is questioning the logo as it is too close to their slogan, "Quit your job. Buy a ticket. Get a tan. Fall in love. Never return," which has been in use by the company since 2005.

According to Page Six, Island Company insisted that Jenners' version, "is likely to cause confusion, mistake and deception among consumers, the public and the trade as to whether defendants' products or services are affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by plaintiff."

Kendall and Kylie haven't released any details about the lawsuit yet but instead announced through social media about their new collection, which will be out soon. Kylie tweeted, "New @PacSun Holiday Collection with @KendallJenner hits stores on 11/1 #kandk4pacsun"

Island Company, is highly popular and sought by the likes of Brad Pitt, Cameron Diaz and Johnny Depp.

As for Kendall and Kylie both reality stars previously revealed they were inspired to team up with PacSun after being inspired by their sisters Kim, Kourtney and Khloe, who created their own fashion line, 'The Kardashian Kollection,' as per Mail Online.

Talking about their business venture, Kendall said, "We've always been very involved in fashion." She added, "I think seeing our sisters do their clothing line was very inspiring. We kind of saw their whole process and we wanted to try it out, and when the opportunity came with PacSun, we just jumped on it."
