Food Network To Premier Thanksgiving-Inspired Episodes

With Thanksgiving around the corner, the Food Network will be celebrating the holiday with viewers favorite chefs and shows.

Guy Fieri will reportedly be hitting the road for a "Diners, Drive Ins, and Dives special" called "All Kind of Gobble Gobble." The episode which will explore Thanksgiving food found all across America's dining gems.

"This trip, Guy's gettin' a variety of Thanksgiving tastes and treasures," the Network wrote "From traditional turkey wild rice soup and pumpkin pie in Santa Fe, N.M., to a totally unique take on the Thanksgiving bird, this is the kind of holiday food extravaganza only a dude in a red Camaro could drum up."

It's an Iron Chef battle of old vs. new in their holiday special 

"Thanksgiving: Past and Present". The episode will feature Iron Chef champions Bobby Flay and Michael Symon, the veterans. They will challenge new winners Geoffrey Zakarian and Alex Guarnaschelli in "an epic Thanksgiving battle." judges are Laurence Fishburne, Gina Torres and Donatella Arpaia.

"Thanksgiving: Past and Present" is set to air Nov. 10 at 10 p.m. 

Flay's Barbecue Addiction has a holiday special called "Giving Thanks for Barbecue" which will include alternatives takes on the traditional bird, such as Cajun Brined Turkey.

"Bobby Flay takes the classic dishes from his favorite holiday, Thanksgiving, to his favorite place: the outdoor grill," according to the Food Network. "Bobby cooks Cajun Brined Turkey two different ways and serves it alongside Grilled Idaho Potatoes with Crabmeat-Green Onion Dressing, Grilled Crawfish with Tabasco-Tarragon Butter, and an Eggplant Casserole with Red Pepper Pesto and Cajun Breadcrumbs."

The Food Network's "Chopped" will also premiere several Thanksgiving-themed episodes and a mini marathon airing on Nov. 12. 

Other food network chefs talking part in Thanksgiving specials are Ina Garten, who's preparing holiday food such as Turkey Hash Browns in this episode airing Nov. 16 at 11 a.m. 

Rachel Ray's "Thanksgiving Anytime" episode will air on Nov. 17 at 9 a.m. and promises to help you prepare easy and quick Thanksgiving food.
