‘Jessie J’ Sings 'Part Of Your World' From 'The Little Mermaid' [VIDEO]

Jessie J is the newest artist to lend her voice to the forthcoming album "We Love Disney" with "The Little Mermaid" song "Part of Your World."

"Following Ne-Yo, Charles Perry, and Breanna Whitaker, she gives The Little Mermaid's "Part Of Your World" a new spin," Entertainment Weekly reported. "The song's whimsical flairs remain intact, but what stands out is its uniquely feminine self-awareness. The "Bang Bang" singer's pipes are on full display, with her power and control highlighting the best nuances of Ariel's famous tune."

The 27-year-old singer said upon introducing the track that she chose "The Little Mermaid" classic for the reason that she has loved it ever since she was a little girl. "I always wanted to to be able to sing it, combing my hair with a fork," Jessie J added.

"We Love Disney" is set to arrive on Oct. 30. It also includes contributions by Ne-Yo  singing Aladdin's "Friend Like Me", Kacey Musgraves with Mary Poppins' "Spoonful of Sugar", Fall Out Boy singing The Jungle Book's "I Wanna Be Like You [The Monkey Song]" and Rascal Flatts & Lucy Hale with Frozen's "Let It Go."

It is not the first time that the singer teamed up with other singers in a project. As a matter of fact, the "Who You Are" singer collaborated with Jhene Aiko and Rixton last July on a brand new song "Sorry To Interrupt." The DJ Mustard-produced track was made as a part of Pop-Tartzs' Crazy Good Summer program.

"I'm really excited about people hearing it, mostly because we have completely different styles coming together on one song, which never really happens," Jessie told The Huffington Post at that time. "I always like to share the light and shine brighter, so for me, I felt honored that they were singing a song that I had co-written. We created something that I don't think I ever would have created by myself, so I'm really grateful."
