It has been three months since Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick decided to call it quits, but their controversial break-up remains a hot pick in the news, especially when it comes to discussing as to whether or not they still have a chance to get back together.
While there's always a little hope in everything, the latest progress on their split seems to show no signs of reconciliation, especially now that Kourtney is allegedly demanding for sole custody over their children, Mason, 5, Penelope, 3, and 9 month-old baby, Reign.
Reports say that currently, no official document has been filed and there is 'no drama' over their informal custody arrangement after their separation back in July.
However, a source revealed that the former couple is reportedly working things out regarding the custody agreement, adding that "Kourtney won't allow split custody" because "she thinks he is a drunk mess and not fit to be a parent without supervision".
Besides the fact that the 36-year old mother is obviously putting the best effort she can give when it comes to taking care of her children, Kourtney also wants a 'primary physical custody' to have her kids physically live with her day to day, Business Standard reported.
"Although being a single mom is not easy, Kourtney is used to taking care of the kids by herself," the source said.
The source went on saying, "She has them on a great schedule and everything runs smoothly when she is alone with them. She had some nanny help, too, since she is working, but she spends as much time as possible with the kids."
Scott Disick, who obviously wants his family back together, was seen getting emotional on the season 11 promo of 'Keeping Up With The Kardashians' as he faces Kourtney's family over their breakup.
"It's been a really hard time going from having all of you to having nobody." Scott said.
Following the news about the emotional Scott Disick, he shared one Instagram post that reads 'Never give up.'
Kourtney Kardashian on the other hand, seems to be firm with her decisions in not taking another step back to Scott's life, as one insider added "Kourtney still has no interest in getting back with him."
