Gabrielle Union who wed Dwyane Wade last year said that their marriage is not healthy because they can't get enough of each other.
The 42 year old American actress appeared on TODAY show and talked about her husband, Dwyane and the status of their marriage. Apparently, the couple are so addicted to each other that she even joked about it and said that the relationship was "not very healthy" after all.
Gabrielle said, "Like hot, delicious, it doesn't get old! Everyday he gets out of bed I'm like, 'Yes, thank you Jesus!' He looks just as good going as he does coming! It's nice! It's not a bad gig! Some people look at marriage as the end of freedom."
Adding, "And for some reason, especially my husband, has sort of looked at it as the freedom to finally be the man he always wanted to be. I've had to get used to him being so freakishly happy ... we really enjoy each other in a way that's probably not very healthy for us."
Talking about strong and happy family, the 'Being Mary Jane' star said loving unconditionally is a major factor that keeps her family together, which she learned from her parents.
During her appearance on the show she also took the chance to talk about her personal struggles with starting a family in the past that touched on her career and fertility issues. Union said "having a career is not the price that you pay for any ill." She pointed out that career became a major problem once, in her life, she said it can sometimes cause animosity in relationships that can result in a failing marriage.
However, she said that women can still have a healthy pregnancy amidst a successful career. Union said "There's so much hope, and there's so many options, and you're not alone."
