"The Big Bang Theory" stars are reportedly banding together to get a raise.

The Hollywood Reporter confirmed Emmy-winner Jim Parsons, Johnny Galecki and Kaley Cuoco are working together to negotiate a big salary bump for castmates Mayim Bialik and Melissa Rauch. 

The bump is from $350,000 an episode to upwards of half a million dollars per episode plus syndication profits, TV Guide Magazine reported.

"They know the critical position 'Big Bang' holds on CBS's primetime schedule and the only thing preventing them getting what they want would be a spectacular ratings demise this," a source told the magazine. "That isn't about to happen anytime soon. They'll put on a united-front during negotiations." 

Rauch, who plays pint-size, yet fierce Bernadette, and Bialik, who's nominated for an Emmy for Supporting Actress in a Comedy for her role as Sheldon's ever-frustrated love interest Amy, are reportedly making nearly $60,000.

Co-stars Simon Helberg and Kunal Nayyar will reportedly team up for their own raise talks as well.

The comedy pulls in huge numbers for the network. Season 6 of "The Big Bang Theory" averaged close to 19 million viewers and a 6.2 rating in the 18-49 demographic.  CBS renewed "The Big Bang Theory" for three seasons in 2011, making the upcoming 2013-2014 season is the last one as part of that deal.

Parson is nominated for another Emmy as best actor. Comic legend Bob Newhart recently collected his first Emmy for his guest in the comedy and is reportedly due to return this season.
