'The Flash' Movie: Ezra Miller's Barry Allen Will Reportedly Wear 'Tech-Based' Armor-like Suit

Remember when Ezra Miller teased about Barry Allen's look in the upcoming 'The Flash' movie? According to a Twitter account called DCEU Feed, the actor had confirmed a few details about his character, including long hair, a "ripped physique" and a post-apocalyptic suit.

Although it was never confirmed whether it truly was Ezra Miller who revealed those details or if the information was real, Den of Geek has new reports on Barry Allen's new suit in 'The Flash' movie, which will be much different compared to the one Grant Gustin wears in the TV series.

A source informed Den of Geek that the filmmakers are aiming to set Ezra Miller's Barry Allen apart from his TV counterpart.

"To ring the changes, they're aiming to create a more 'tech-based' suit that will look quite different from the burgundy leather outfit designed by Colleen Atwood for the series. Instead, this one will look more 'like armor,'" the site wrote.

From the sounds of it, Ezra Miller's suit in 'The Flash' movie might resembled the Scarlet Speedster's heavier suit in the video game 'Injustice: Gods Among Us.'

The source also confirmed that Ezra Miller's Barry Allen will be more of a "tech geek," which could mean there is a possibility he could start out with a nerdier appearance in 'Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice,' if he makes a cameo at all.

A tech-based, armor-like suit for The Flash would make sense alongside the other members of the Justice League. After all, Superman has a more durable suit and Batman is sporting a weaponized suit in the upcoming 2016 film.

'The Flash' movie is still a long way from getting produced, but the film has already found a director in 'Pride and Prejudice and Zombies' author Seth Grahame-Smith. The movie is scheduled for release in 2018.
