Carrie Underwood Fall: 'Blown Away' Singer Takes A Tumble on Stage (VIDEO)

Carrie Underwood took a tumble on stage mid-performance during a concert Thursday night in Corpus Christi, Texas.

The 30-year-old country music star was mid-song when one of her five-inch heels got caught on the tail her flowing shirt and sent her tumbling onto her backside.

But the "American Idol" alum and six-time Grammy winner handled the spill like a pro, finishing that song as she was seated.

But Underwood fall was no laughing matter.

"I can't move my toes. Is that bad?" she tweeted. She suffered no broken bones, but she tweeted a picture of the cast she got over the lower portion of her leg. TMZ reported that the exact injury is a sprained foot.

The singer also bantered with followers after the mishap, which comes days after her husband, NHL's Mike Fisher, was bitten by a chipmunk at their home.

Even country crooner Brad Paisley got in on the action.

Underwood's version of Sunday Night Football's theme song, "Waiting All Day for Sunday Night," aired before the New York Giants' contest with the Dallas Cowboys.

Underwood is taking over the signature tune after Faith Hill sang it the previous six seasons.

"Obviously, we wanted to make it sound like me, but we definitely wanted to bring a fun edge to it," Underwood told USA Today. "I mean, people are getting ready to watch a big football game. I know I'm known for some big notes, but it was more about just bringing the energy."

Carrie Underwood will also host the CMAs in November and snagged the lead role in NBC's upcoming live production of The Sound of Music.

"Right now, I'm working a lot of on my own, memorizing lines, working on the music with help," she said. "I don't want it to sound like Carrie Underwood, country singer, singing The Sound of Music. I really want to do the part justice, the way it was written, and immerse myself in this whole other world. I'm really excited to get that opportunity to step outside of my world and try something new."

Underwood is in the middle of her "Blown Away" tour. She's still set to perform at the State Farm Arena in Hidalgo, Texas, on Friday.
