Scarlett Johansson's beau put a ring on it.
The Oscar-nominated actress is engaged to Romain Dauriac, who co-owns an independent advertising agency, People Magazine reported.
According to E! News, the proposal occurred about a month ago.
"He offered up a vintage Art Deco ring and they are both very happy," Johansson's said. "They haven't chosen a date for the wedding."
Johansson was seen flashing her ring (Photos) on the red carpet, at the Venice Film Festival on Wednesday. Johansson and Dauriac attended the premiere of the 28-year-old's latest movie, "Under the Skin".
In July, Johansson's rep said the actress was not engaged or close to being engaged. According to E! News, a source close to Johansson insisted that a diamond and ruby ring she was wearing was "simply a piece of jewelry."
According to People, Johansson also sold her one-bedroom bachelorette pad in Hollywood in July for $470,000 after owning it for nearly a decade.
The couple went public in November 2012, not long after Johansson ended a roughly year-long relationship with New York City ad executive Nate Naylor. Johansson's three-year marriage to Ryan Reynolds, who tied the knot with Blake Lively last September, ended in 2011.
Last year, the actress told Vogue magazine that their divorce was "comically amicable." But that did not mean it was a happy ending.
"Of course it's horrible," she said. "It was devastating. It really throws you. You think that your life is going to be one way, and then, for various reasons or whatever, it doesn't work out."
Johansson told Elle UK in December that she "never" thought about marriage.
"It's really not important to me," she said. "The only time I ever think about it is when people ask me, 'Would I get married again?'
Johansson has appeared in various movies, including "Lost in Translation" and "Girl With a Pearl Earring".
