It's been nearly two years since the third season of "Sherlock" was first released in the BBC, but considering stars Benedict Cumberbatch and Martin Freeman are now two of the most popular actors in Hollywood, it's tougher to get them together for shoots - but the "Sherlock" Christmas special has every fan's hopes up!
As it had been previously announced, the 2015 "Sherlock" Christmas special, the first of its kind, will be a one-off episode not connected to canon, set in the original time sir Arthur Conan Doyle's "Sherlock Holmes" book were set on: 19th century Victorian England.
After a lot of teasing, the first official "Sherlock" Christmas special trailer has finally arrived, and while it's clear that Sherlock, John, Mary (Amanda Abbington) and Mycroft (Mark Gatiss) will be coming back, there's still no word on Lara Pulver's Irene Adler.
