‘Rocky Horror Picture Show’ Cast: 40 Years After Time Warp, Tim Curry, Susan Sarandon, Meat Loaf & All Reunite For Anniversary! [VIDEO]

This year marks the 40th anniversary of the first time the world got to do "The Time Warp" in theaters, when the "Rocky Horror Picture Show" cast made movie magic with the film that would turn into the ultimate cult favorite and a Halloween classic - and it's high time the cast meets up again.

It was just a jump to the left and then a step to the right for the "Rocky Horror Picture Show" cast in 1975, when the stars of the quirky musical Tim Curry, Susan Sarandon, Barry Bostwick, Meat Loaf, Patricia Quinn and creator Richard O'Brien gave life to one of the raciest films of the times - and their legacy lives on to these day.

To celebrate the 40th anniversary of the film, the "Rocky Horror Picture Show" cast (minus co-star and creator O'Brien) visited The Today Show this week to celebrate the milestone for the racy film, which stars Daytime Emmy winner Curry as a mad alien scientist from Transsexual, Transylvania, who has basically gone completely depraved in his time on Earth.

As Too Fab reports, on the interview, the cast sat down to talk about their experience shooting the movie that defines the term "cult classic," including how, yes, they did learn how to do the Time Warp.

According to Hollywood Life, the "Rocky Horror Picture Show" cast hadn't actually been together for about 20 years, so it's not only their film's milestone they're celebrating, but also getting cozy once more after having all shared the screen together so many decades ago in the spooky and sexy tail.

Of course, since 1975 the "Rocky Horror Picture Show" cast has gone on to do many films; Sarandon in particular is one of the most respected actresses of her generation, even winning an Oscar for the Sean Penn film "Dead Man Walking" - on the other hand, Meat Loaf is a Grammy winner, Bostwick has been on a number of television shows, most notably "Spin City," Curry has made a career out of horror (even starring as insanely creepy mad clown "It") and O'Brien most recently voiced the title characters' dad on Disney Channel's "Phineas and Ferb."
