In the paternity case of Mason Dash Disick, Scott Disick is the father!

Kourtney Kardashian's paternity test results prove Disick is the father of son Mason, after male model Michael Girgenti claimed he had an affair with Kardashian and fathered her 5-year-old son.

"After three and a half years of rumors and lies being spread by an individual I met briefly at a photo shoot, I am setting the record straight that Scott is Mason's father," the reality TV star said, according to E! Online.

Girgenti claimed he had a short-lived romance with the Kardashian sister, around the time she became pregnant. According to E!, Kardashian and Girgenti worked together on a photo shoot for the magazine 944 in 2008. After the photo shoot, Girgenti said their relationship became physical shortly after.

"We started kissing, making out and touching each other," he told In Touch in March. "We were fooling around on the couch for a little while before I took her to the bedroom. I slipped her clothes off. She helped me undress, and we fell into bed."

Kardashians attorney, Todd Wilson, said the two never even exchanged contact information.

"This individual has been selling false and fabricated stories to the tabloids for years about Kourtney Kardashian and her son, Mason," Wilson told E! "Scott Disick is Mason's father."

"We have not seen the reported court filing, but we are informed that this individual has been seeking to get paid to publish his ridiculous pleading," Wilson added. "His claims are absurd and this is simply another shameful attempt to gain publicity and profit from fictional stories about my client."

In the docs, Girgenti requested joint custody of Mason and wanted the judge to order DNA tests for Kourtney, Scott, Mason and himself.

Disick and Kardashian are the parents of Mason and his 1-year-old little sister, Penelope.

"While it saddens me to have to address these ridiculous lies, especially when the truth was never in doubt," Kardashian said. "This story must be put to rest."
