Justin Bieber broke the Make-A-Wish Foundation's record with his 200th wish after, accepting a marriage proposal, from an 8-year-old fan.
The 19-year-old superstar spent time with Make-A-Wish recipient, Annalysha Brown-Rafanan, who is suffering from a life-threatening liver condition.
According to "Entertainment Tonight," Rafanan spent time interviewing the singer and asking him every question from his favorite song to his favorite place to travel.
According to the Huffington Post, the singer responded with, "That's one of the most emasculating things for me," when the young girl asked him about having to wear makeup, and "My mom is actually not the greatest cook ever."
Finally, Rafanan asked the pop star for his hand in marriage, proposing with a ring pop. Bieber happily accepted. Afterwards, Rafanan asked the "Boyfriend" singer to be her first kiss (on the cheek).
According to the New York Daily News, Rafanan was surprised on Christmas Day 2012 with the news that she would get to meet Bieber and attend his concert in Atlanta on Aug. 10.
"Justin Bieber makes her happy. And through all her illness and poking and all that, it just takes away from 'I'm sick,'" said Rafanan's mother, Contrina Brown, according to the Daily News.
Bieber tweeted the Make-A-Wish Foundation thanking them for the opportunity to grant another wish.

Bieber became the first recording artist to grant 200 wishes through the Make-A-Wish foundation, The Huffington Post reported. Bieber's mother, Pattie Mallette, told Andy Cohen on "Watch What Happens: Live" that the pop star met with Make-A-Wish recipients before almost every concert.
