Rachel Zoe's Best Tips for Wearing Mom Jeans, Fringe, and More Tricky Trends

Rachel Zoe said:"The thing I always say about trends is you really have to figure out if they work for you," she told Us Weekly Style & Beauty  newsletter, "Don’t wear it because it’s a trend."

She has been partnered with Tide and Downy recently in order to learn more about how to care for fabrics using the said products.

Rachel Zoe Rosenzweig better known as Rachel Zoe, is an American fashion stylist best known for working with celebrities, fashion houses, beauty firms, advertising agencies, and magazine editors.

Zoe has been involved in the fashion industry for nearly two decades and has since become a renowned stylist and designer.

She is known for her extensive influence in the fashion world and for her A list clients. In 2008, the first season of her Bravo reality television series The Rachel Zoe Project debuted.

The arrival of the fall season that presented a host of seemingly insurmountable challenges for fashion fans. Perhaps the most laborious travails of transitional dressing is whether or not a trend can transition from the runaway to the real way.

The celebrity stylist and designer wanted to try high-waisted jeans. This style usually consists of a high waist rising above the belly button, making the buttocks appeared disproportionately longer, larger, and flatter than they otherwise might.

It also tends to have excess space in the zipper/crotch and leg areas. The jeans are usually in a solid, light-blue color, with no form of stone washing or fading.

She considers a miniskirt (sometimes hyphenated as "mini-skirt" ) as a skirt with a hemline well above the knees, generally at mid-thigh level, normally no longer than 10 cm (4 in) below the buttocks and a minidress, as a dress with such a hemline.

A micro-miniskirt or microskirt is a miniskirt with its hemline at the upper thigh, at or just below crotch level.

Case in point is the trickiest of trends that caused a furor on social media among the fashion-week crowd, but are almost guaranteed to look downright silly on the streets.
