Bobbi Kristina Brown Death: Bobby Brown Believes Nick Gordon Harmed His Daughter [PHOTOS]

Bobby Brown is ready to seek justice for Bobbi Kristina Brown. The 46-year-old singer released a statement on September 28 and publicly blamed Nick Gordon as the reason for his daughter’s death.

Shortly after authorities announced they were sealing Bobbi Kristina Brown's final autopsy report, Bobby Brown's attorney applauded the move in a statement and accused Nick Gordon of playing a role in harming the deceased daughter of Brown and Whitney Houston.

“In regards to the civil litigation, we believe we know who harmed Bobbi Kristina Brown and his name is Nick Gordon,” Bobby’s lawyer, Christopher Brown, told UsWeekly.

The 24-year-old was originally hit with a lawsuit filed by the Brown family on June 24. The lawsuit claimed that Nick “assault, battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress, and transferring money from her account into his own without authorization,” according to NBC News.

The same lawsuit was later amended by Bobbi Kristina’s legal conservator claiming that Nick gave Bobbi Kristina a “toxic cocktail.”

Brown's lawyer noted that Bobbi Kristina's boyfriend withdrew a motion to dismiss a lawsuit suing him for $40 million in damages, alleging Gordon did "so that he could avoid having to give his deposition which was scheduled for the day he withdrew the Motion. Mr. Gordon will now have to give his deposition under oath."

Bobbi Kristina's cause of death has been determined, but the Fulton County Medical Examiner is not disclosing information. In the statement, Christopher Brown reveals the family supports that decision.

Adds Bobby Brown: "I look forward to having the Court hear the evidence in the civil lawsuit and hopefully the criminal action very soon."

After spending nearly six months in a coma, Bobbi Kristina Brown passed away at age 22 on July 26, 2015.

Earlier this month, Brown revealed he is in the process of creating Bobbi Kristina's Serenity House – which is "being established as a safe haven, emergency center and advocacy resource center for women affected by domestic violence."

"It's a place that I'm building that I feel is needed," Brown explained. "Because if I could have been there two days before anything happened to my daughter, it wouldn't have went down like that."
