Rose McGowan is engaged to her artist boyfriend, Davey Detail, according to People. 

The actress tells media outlets that the couple is "happily engaged." The 39-year-old actress linked to the People's article on her Twitter page and later tweeted a photo with her new fiancé.

The caption read "Thanks all for your good wishes! Fish faces for you all!

McGowan also posted a closer look at her green-stoned ring but left the caption blank. 

Detail, a performance artist and DJ, have been regularly seen attending red-carpet event with his leading lady. Rumors of the engagement surfaced last month after she was spotted rocking a ring on her left hand.

McGowan and Details have been dating for two years. McGowan could not help but gush about him to OMG at an Apothic Rose Wine event in April.

"I'm happy in love," she said.  

Last November, McGowan told People that her dating deal-breaker, were sloppy kisses. 

"That's the worst," McGowan said."You could find the hottest guy on the planet and if he's a bad kisser. It just doesn't work."

Guessing third time is the charm for the star. The actress was previously engaged for two years to rock star Marilyn Manson. The couple called off the engagement in 2001. She was set to marry director Robert Rodriguez in 2009. The two never made it to the alter.

Rodriguez and McGowan went public with their relationship in May 2007, after rumors that McGowan was behind Rodriguez's split from his wife of 16 years. 

McGowan starred in "Charmed," and had a recurring role on "Nip/Tuck." Her film roles have included "Planet Terror," "Grindhouse" and "Death Proof."

According to IMDB, she is set to appear in the action film, "The Last Duane," set to release next year.
