Elin Nordegren approves of ex-husband's new girlfriend, Lindsey Vonn.
The New York Post reported that Nordegren approves of Tiger Woods and Vonn's relationship.
"[Elin] really likes Lindsey and thinks she is a very good influence on Tiger," a source told the Post.
The source also told the Post that the former model believes Woods seems happy with his new fling and a bonus is Vonn gets along well with their children. The approval contradicts rumors that there was bad blood between the women. In June reports said that Elin "hated" Vonn and was angry at Woods for dating her.
"He doesn't care about her, he's so egotistical," a source told Us Weekly at the time.
Meanwhile, Vonn has been open about her relationship with Woods in the August issue of Vogue magazine. Vonn said she ran into Woods at a charity event last year and told the magazine the two "immediately clicked."
"He was a good friend and he was always there and then he became more," she said. "It amazing life changes very quickly. In a very positive way if you let it."
Vonn and Woods went public with their relationship last March and, but a walk down the aisle is not in the cards for Vonn.
"I am not getting married to anyone" the Olympian revealed in the lastest issue of Vogue.
Nordegren has two children with Woods. The couple suffered a very public divorce when Nordegren dumped Woods after his affair with dozens of women, including New York hospitality maven Rachel Uchitel, was revealed.
Nordegren is reportedly dating billionaire coal-mining entrepreneur Chris Cline. She's constructing a $12 million home in North Palm Beach, Fla. Nordegren received a $100 million divorce settlement from Woods.
