Just when everyone thought the war between Drake and Meek Mill was slowing down a little, Drake proved that he's still not done with it by calling Meek Mill out in a significant way during his September 26 concert.
Drake continues to publicly bash Meek Mill, with the Toronto rapper slamming the Philadelphia rapper during a Landmark Music Festival concert in Washington Saturday. Even though neither of them has released any more diss tracks, it seems their feud is still going strong.
Footage from the concert shows Drake pacing the stage as the crowd shouts “f**k Meek Mill, f**k Meek Mill!” over and over again. “Don’t worry about it; he’s dead already,” Drake tells his fans casually.
As expected, the crowd erupted in loud cheers. According to HotNewHipHop, Drake also performed his diss track “Back to Back” with a sign-language interpreter.
There’s a bit of a debate going about who actually won the fight between Drake and Meek Mill, but Drake seems certain that he came out on top.
On the other hand, Meek Mill believes he topped Drake in this whole thing, too. He walked away with Nicki’s loyalty, and their relationship still intact.
He certainly wants everyone to know that he bested Drake, otherwise he wouldn’t have put out a diss track talking about his private jet breakfasts and his pockets full of millions
The feud between Drake and Mill began in July when the latter went on a Twitter rant accusing Drake of using a ghostwriter. The 28-year-old Canadian rapper responded by releasing two diss songs, “Back to Back” and “Charged Up.” Mill fired back with his own diss track called “Wanna Know.”
Once Meek Mill gets wind of Drake’s slam, he is definitely going to be fighting back harder than ever. It seems that this Drake and Meek Mill feud isn’t going to end anytime soon.
