Actress Allison Williams Marries Ricky Van Veen Saturday in Wyoming

On Saturday, the American actress and singer - Allison Williams, married  the co-founder of CollegeHumor - Ricky Van Veen at a Wyoming ranch wedding before their immediate family and numerous celebrity friends.

Allison Williams, wore a white gown by the Dominican American fashion designer Oscar de la Renta, as Allison's father Brian Williams walked her down the aisle.

The handmade dress of Allison Williams (best known for her role as Marnie Michaels on the HBO comedy-drama series Girls) is white with a train and a beaded overlay across the shoulders and down her arms. Allison Williams added to her wedding gown a long white veil dropping from the back of her head.

A witness to the wedding stated that, "The magical setting of the wedding featured a small creek and spectacular views," "It was a stunning ceremony."

The was reported American actor and filmmaker Tom Hanks officiated the wedding ceremony held at Brush Creek Ranch in Saratoga, Wyoming.

The Williams and Van Veen nuptials guests included the Girls co-stars of Williams - Lena Dunham, Jemima Kirke and Zosia Mamet, plus the 'Roar' hitmaker Katy Perry and John Mayer.

Also present at the wedding are Chairman and Senior Executive ofC/InterActiveCorp - Barry Diller and Diane von Furstenberg, American musician and songwriter - Bruce Springsteen, Seth Meyers, and Rita Wilson - who plays the mother of Williams on Girls and is the wife of Tom Hanks.

Allison Williams and Ricky Van Veen were supposed to get married earlier this year, but the couple delayed their plans after the father of Allison Williams was temporarily suspended from his job as anchor of NBC Nightly News.

Brian Williams the father of the bride had overstated his exploits while covering the 2003 U.S. invasion of Iraq and for this he was subjected to a disciplinary action by the network. Brian is set to debut his anchoring on MSNBC breaking news on September 22. He will cover Pope Francis' visit to the US.

Williams and Van Veen met through friends and dated for more than three years, before they got engaged in February 2014.
