Pirates of The Caribbean 5 Plot Will Be The Same as The First Movie?

In a recent interview with the cast member Kaya Scodelario for the upcoming fifth installment dubbed as Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales, the actress revealed about her character in the film and hints on some elements of the movie's plot.

In the interview of the English actress Kaya Scodelario, she stated that the forthcoming film will have a "lot more" of "Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl," which is the first movie from the franchise. Kaya said, "That's what they wanted to bring it back to."

Kaya Scodelario (known for her breakthrough performance as Effy Stonem in the E4 teen drama Skins) also unleashed that the upcoming sequel will go "back to the beginning" and "tie things up," and the actress described the movie as an "epic journey," which will also go through "new storylines."

Kaya Scodelario will portray the new character named Carina Smyth in the film. Kaya Scodelario made it known to the public that her character is that of an astronomer and an academician, Kaya said, "She's fighting for the right to study at university, because women couldn't at that time."

However, the main plot of the film will focus around Johnny Depp's Captain Jack Sparrow, who thoroughly scrutinizes a legendary artifact known as the Trident of Poseidon.

The Trident of Poseidon artifact will freely transfer the possession of the wielder power over the seas, it is essential for Captain Jack Sparrow to obtain the artifact in order to conquer Javier Bardem's Captain Salazar, Jack Sparrow's new nemesis in the movie.

The character of Kaya Scodelario - Carina Smyth, will also be searching for the Trident of Poseidon, and Carina Smyth has a diary loaded of clues. But when Carina Smyth and Jack Sparrow met along the way their journey, Jack Sparrow  "messes everything up" for Carina Smyth.

The Pirates of the Caribbean sequel will mark the comeback of Orlando Bloom after skipping the 2011 franchise.
