Bachelor In Paradise Finale: Shocking Proposal Ends Season; Who's The Happy Couple? [SPOILERS]

The "Bachelor in Paradise" finale is nothing short of entertaining. Six weeks into the show, the final episode aired, and one happy couple ended up engaged!

According to The Huffington Post, contestants Jade Roper and Tanner Tolbert got engaged during the "Bachelor in Paradise" finale Monday, with Jade now donning a Neil Lane diamond ring on her finger.

Chris Harrison and Jenny Mollen, the show's hosts, went for a chat with the newly engaged couple at "After Paradise" and learned that Jade and Tanner are "better than ever."

It even appears that the couple is not going to take things slow.

Jade admitted: "We don't want to have a long engagement, so ..."

According to the captions at the end of the "Bachelor in Paradise" finale, the two will be having their wedding ceremony next summer in Mexico.

As for the other couples, while some decided to see what love has in store for them following the end of the show, not everyone ended up happy in "paradise."

CARLY AND KIRK

The former couple's horrific breakup reportedly had all the other guys worried that the girls would follow suit. However, the breakup didn't see much of a difference despite Jade's worries.

SAMANTHA AND NICK

Nick and Samantha had a nice enough date, and Nick was shown pretty confident about himself. The duo appears to be made for each other with everything that has taken place during this season. Samantha acknowledged Nick's rose, and the couple are still together, according to Amber on "After Paradise," with the two spending many vacations with each other.

JUSTIN AND CASSANDRA

Justin and Cassandra are the shortest-spanning couple by the time the "Bachelor in Paradise" finale aired. While they had a pretty good time during their date, Cassandra didn't want to spend the night with Justin mainly because of her son, reported People. She did accept a rose from Justin though. According to "After Paradise" however, Cassandra is now dating Jonathan, another parent who left the show during the second week.

TENLEY AND JOSHUA

According to E! Online, things didn't bode well for Tenley and Joshua. Tenley broke things off with Joshua because she didn't think things would work out despite Joshua's determination.

"You're a guy from a one-stoplight town," Tenley said.

The next season of "Bachelor in Paradise" is set for next summer.
