Cinema Blend has revealed the answer as they reported that the network has hired the actress who would play that role. She is none other than talented actress, Melissa Tang. While Leonard and Penny were on their way to Vegas to finally get married, Leonard wanted to be honest to Penny and no longer keep secrets that he admitted he cheated on him while he was at the sea. Penny was shocked when she heard of it and worry was pretty obvious on her look after hearing her fiancé's confession. That shot ended that they decided to keep no more secrets and still go to Vegas and get married. Rumors are out there saying there is a possibility that the wedding won't happen.
It is for the reason that the two doesn't look ready to get married and settle down just yet. And now that Tang's character is on the picture, all the more reason to speculate that a love triangle might form and she could also be a reason why Leonard and Penny's relationship might be on the rocks. Then website however, also reported that a minister was recently cast to officiate the wedding and he would be seen on the season premiere.
