Although she's usually a pro at walking in ridiculous heels, Lady Gaga slipped and took a tumble in West Hollywood, California on Wednesday night, after stepping out to dinner with Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Lisa Vanderpump.
She had been at dinner and even serenaded diners with an acapela version of La Vie En Rose by Edith Piaf.
“Nobody knew Gaga was there until she started singing ‘La Vie En Rose’ a cappella. The whole restaurant stopped and turned to watch her perform the one song. It was magical,” a source tells Page Six.
The 29-year-old singer was nothing but smiles as she left dinner with her friend, Lisa Vanderpump but only until she hit the curb where she nearly fell right into a waiting car.
Photographers caught the pop superstar fall during her exit from the Pump eatery, which is featured in Vanderpump's Bravo reality show 'Pump.'
Dressed in a velvet robe and rocking a bright pink flower in her hair, Gaga hit the ground after she stepped over a curb, grabbing on to the side of her white car.
Lady Gaga should give lessons on maintaining a great 'Poker Face,' because after the fall Gaga quickly brushed off the incident and styled it out, posing for pictures for fans waiting outside.
“Lisa was concerned when she went down, but she helped her up and off she went,” said a source. “She handled it like a pro.”
Vanderpump insisted that the hitmaker just tripped over after a night of high spirits rather than high alcohol consumption.
The reality star took a swipe at West Hollywood authorities blaming a 'dodgy curb' was at fault, adding that they need to make repairs after Gaga's embarrassing tumble on Wednesday night.
Gaga and Vanderpump became friends after Gaga tweeted her support for Vanderpump’s Bravo spinoff, Vanderpump Rules, back in November 2014. Gaga also personally asked Vanderpump to appear in her 2014 “G.U.Y.” music video, along with fellow Housewives Kyle Richards and Yolanda Foster.
Lady Gaga is an American pop singer-songwriter who has a net worth of $250 million according to Celebrity Net Worth.
